TOILET SOAP PLANT (BATHING SOAP)

Toilet soaps or Bathing Soaps are oil based soap used for bathing.

The process of making Toilet soap starts with the mixing of the ingredients. Then the mixed material enters in the machine where thin sheets are made.  The sheet then converted into bars by the plodding machine and cut in to the desire shape & size. The cut bars gets pack by packing machine.

Machines involved for making Toilet Soap:

1.  LH-22: Sigma Mixer
Used for mixing the raw material for toilet soap.

2. LH-31: Tripple Roll Mill
Used for converting the material into thin sheets.

3. LH-48: Duplex Vacuum Plodder Machine
Used for molding the sheets into bar of required shape.

4. LH-56: Automatic Cutting Machine
Used for cutting the soap into desired size.

5. LH-61: Foot operated stamping machine
Used for cutting the soap in required shape and emboss brand name manually.

6.  LH-62: Automatic Soap Stamping machine
Used for cutting the soap in required shape and emboss brand name automatically.

7. Packing machine
Use for wrapping the Toilet soap.

LX-856: Toilet Soap wrapping machine
Used for wrapping the toilet soap.

LX-141: Toilet Soap pillow packing machine
Used for packing toilet soap in pillow pack.
