Detergent Cake Plant

It's a detergent in rectangular bar or cake form, use for cleaning and washing clothes.

The process of making detergent cake starts with the mixing of the ingredients. Then the mixed material enters in the machine where thin sheets are made. The sheet then converted into rectangular bars and cut in to the desire shape & size. Then the cut bars gets pack by packing machine.

Used for mixing of raw materials.

2.  LH 41: Detergent Cake Plodder Machine
Used for molding the mixed mass into rectangular bar of required shape and size.

3.  LH-55: Automatic Cutting & Stamping Machine for Detergent Cake
Used for cutting and stamping of rectangular bars in desired size with brand name embossed on it.

4.  LX-858: Detergent Cake wrapping machine
Used for wrapping the detergent cake.
