DETERGENT POWDER PLANT - (DRY MIX)

Detergent powder is a detergent in powdered form which is added in the water for cleaning and washing clothes.

The process of making Detergent starts with mixing the ingredients. Then the mixed ingredient enters into the screening machine for screening. The screened material gets pack by packing machine.

Machines involved for making Detergent Powder:

1.  LH-01: Detergent powder mixer machine
Used for mixing the raw material for detergent powder

2.  LH-11: Detergent powder screening machine
Used for screening the mixed material

3.  Packing machine
Used for packing the detergent powder.

LX-01: For packing in small pouches (20 gm to 200 gm)

LX-52: For packing in big pouches (200 gm to 2 kg)

2) Detergent powder plant with 10 ton per 8 hour shift capacity
