LIQUID DETERGENT PLANT
It's a detergent soap in liquid form use for cleaning clothes, washing hands, cleaning floor etc.
The process of making Liquid
detergent starts with the mixing of the ingredients in mixing tank.
Then the mixed material is stored in a tank for packing. The stored
material gets pack through the packing machine.
Machines involved for making Liquid Detergent:
1. LZ-102: Mixing Tank
Used for mixing of raw material for liquid detergent.
2. LZ-101: Storage Tank
Used for storing of mixed material.
3. Packing Machine
Used for packing the liquid detergent
LX-06: Automatic pouch packing machine
To pack liquid detergent in pouches
LX-452: Automatic Bottle Filling Machine
To pack liquid detergent in bottles
Available capacity of plant per 8 hour shift
1) Liquid detergent plant with 1000 liters per 8 hour shift capacity
2) Liquid detergent plant with 2000 liters per 8 hour shift capacity
3) Liquid detergent plant with 3000 liters per 8 hour shift capacity
4) Liquid detergent plant with 5000 liters per 8 hour shift capacity
